Record

One press, and Kith listens: a client visit, a meeting, an interview, a thought on the walk home. Your recording goes to your library, and the transcript, summary and action items are prepared in the background.

Every line of every summary leads back to the words that were actually said.

Act

“Remind me to send the samples tomorrow.” “Tuesday at three with Alex.”

Hold, and tell Kith what to do. It puts the task in your calendar, reminders or notes, and shows you that it is done. Anything that reaches other people waits for your confirmation.

Wear

One small core with a screen, and two ways to carry it. Set it in a band on your wrist, or let a magnet hold it to your shirt, where it hears the room best.

Concept drawings. The final form will be shown with the working prototype.

The rules we are building it to

  1. It never records in secret.

A light and the screen show whenever Kith is recording. It starts when you start it.

  2. It shows its sources.

Summaries can be edited, and each one leads back to the original audio so you can check it.

  3. It asks before it speaks for you.

Invitations, messages and anything else that reaches another person need your yes first.

  4. It is yours to take or delete.

Export your recordings and notes, or remove them. The choice stays with you.

Where we are

Kith is in development. We are building the device, the app and the service together, and we will open on Kickstarter once there is a working prototype to show you.

When does it launch?
We will announce a date when the prototype is ready. Leave your email and you will hear first.
What will it cost?
The price, specifications and delivery schedule will be published with the Kickstarter campaign.
Is it always listening?
No. Kith records when you start a recording, and takes an instruction when you hold the button.
