Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of nosca.ai and purchases from Arche AI Agent Inc. ("Nosca," "we," or "us"). Please read them before creating an account or placing an order.

Accounts

You may sign in with an email code or an available third-party sign-in option. Keep access to your account secure and tell us at welcome@nosca.ai if you believe someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

You can ask us to delete your account at welcome@nosca.ai. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your profile, likes, and download records after deletion.

Projects and files

The site presents projects and may link to files, instructions, and other material published by independent builders. The applicable creator or rights holder retains their rights. Check the license and instructions attached to each project or file before copying, modifying, printing, distributing, or selling anything based on it. A link or download count on Nosca does not grant you a separate license to that material.

Information on the site can change as builders update their projects. Check dimensions, compatibility, and safety requirements for your own build before using a file or ordering a part.

Parts inquiries

Sending an inquiry asks us to discuss parts or sourcing options. An inquiry is not an order or a commitment by either side to supply or buy anything. Product specifications, availability, price, delivery, and any other purchase terms will be confirmed in a separate written quotation or agreement before an order is placed.

Orders and payment

The product, quantity, currency, shipping charge and any tax we collect are shown in Stripe Checkout before you pay. Stripe processes card payments. We will contact you using the email address provided at checkout. If an item cannot be supplied, we will cancel that item and refund its payment.

Shipping and import charges

We ship to the destinations offered at checkout. International parcels may incur import duties, import tax and carrier clearance fees, payable by the recipient on delivery unless checkout expressly includes them. Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number for the carrier.

Returns and problems

To request a return, email welcome@nosca.ai within 14 days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, send the item back unused and in its original condition; you pay return shipping. Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty so we can arrange a remedy. Refunds, including any original shipping charge, follow applicable consumer law. These terms do not limit rights that law gives you.

Use of the site

Use the site lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not interfere with the site, try to access accounts or systems without permission, submit malicious content, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts the service. We may remove abusive activity or suspend access where reasonably needed to protect the site and its users.

External services

The site links to services and materials run by others. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. Nosca does not control their content or availability.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the site changes. The effective date above shows when this version applies. If a change materially affects account holders, we will provide notice through the site or by email before it takes effect.
